The Owner Chef has trained to cook Japanese cuisine “Kaiseki” at famous Japanese Restaurants in Kumamoto and Arashiyama, Kyoto. He was cooking at very famous Japanese Restaurant in Kumamoto as the Master chef.
He goes to see and check seasonal ingredients at the Market everyday to make sure he is purchasing right ingredients. Then, make seasonal cuisine with those ingredients. Because of that, he write the restaurant’s menu everyday. Sometime, the menu has just ingredients name such as fig, on that item you can choose how to cock and what’s the taste.
The restaurant seems not a place where you just casually drop in for a meal. But don’t worry, Mr. Urabe is kind and friendly.
